1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Frontal Web LLC (“Frontal Web,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of Frontal Voice, including the website, dashboard, AI receptionist, and related services (the “Service”).
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and “you” means that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Frontal Voice lets you configure an artificial intelligence (AI) receptionist that answers inbound phone calls for your business, responds using information you provide, collects caller details, books appointments through connected calendars, transfers calls, and records results for your review.
The AI receptionist is automated software. It can misunderstand callers, give incomplete answers, or fail to complete a task. You are responsible for reviewing its configuration and results, and for not relying on it where an error could cause serious harm.
3. Not for emergencies
The Service is not an emergency service and must not be used to receive or route calls to emergency services. Your configuration should direct callers with an emergency to hang up and dial 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite and the roles you give them.
Tell us promptly at security@frontalvoice.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Your responsibilities for calls, disclosure, and consent
Laws in many places, including Florida and other states that require the consent of all parties, regulate recording calls and using automated or AI systems to speak with people. You are solely responsible for complying with these laws where you and your callers are located.
You must keep the AI and recording disclosure enabled and accurate for your jurisdictions, obtain any consent required from callers, and honor callers’ requests. Frontal Voice provides configurable disclosure language but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee your compliance.
You are responsible for the business information, instructions, knowledge sources, and phone numbers you connect, and for confirming you have the right to use them, including any number you forward to the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: place unsolicited, telemarketing, or robocall campaigns; impersonate a real person or deceive callers about talking to an AI; collect information you are not permitted to collect; harass, threaten, or defraud anyone; violate any law, including telephone consumer protection, privacy, and recording laws; interfere with the Service or attempt to access other customers’ data; or resell the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or restrict use that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms callers, other customers, or our providers. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
7. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Each plan includes a number of connected AI minutes; minutes used beyond that are billed at the overage rate shown for your plan. Current prices are listed on our pricing page and in your dashboard.
Free trials last for the period shown when you sign up. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused minutes.
Questions about a charge can be sent to billing@frontalvoice.com.
We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service after a grace period until the balance is paid.
8. Phone numbers
Phone numbers provided through the Service are supplied by our telecommunications providers and are assigned to you for use with the Service while your account is active. Numbers may be subject to additional monthly charges, and a number may be released if your account is closed or unpaid. Porting numbers in or out is not currently offered through the Service.
9. Your content and data
You own the business information you provide and the call records the Service creates for you, including recordings, transcripts, summaries, leads, and appointments (“Customer Data”). You grant us permission to host, process, and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and as described in our Privacy Notice.
Call data is kept according to your plan’s retention setting and then deleted. You can export your data from your account settings. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use your recordings or transcripts to train our own AI models.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for voice and telephony infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and hosting, and on services you choose to connect, such as calendars. Their availability may affect the Service, and your use of services you connect is also subject to their terms.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level commitment unless agreed in writing. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a material feature you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and Frontal Web disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontal Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, or data, including missed calls, bookings, or leads. Frontal Web’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Frontal Web against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your configuration of the AI receptionist, your failure to provide required disclosures or obtain required consent, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may terminate these Terms if you materially breach them and do not cure the breach after notice, or immediately where required by law or to prevent harm. After termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Frontal Web LLC at legal@frontalvoice.com. For help using the Service, contact support@frontalvoice.com.
